What if my result feels wrong?+

Most archetypes overlap. The result shows your dominant pattern but the report addresses your second-strongest tendency too. If both still feel off, the call clears it up fast.

Do you only coach competitive athletes?+

No. Roughly 70% of clients are recreational lifters and runners. The framework works for anyone with a training history of at least six months.
